I bring over 15 years’ experience supporting senior leaders, boards, and organisations across public sector, private organisations, and not-for-profits.

My work sits behind the scenes, bringing structure, clarity, and consistency to environments where there’s a lot going on and expectations are high. I’m used to managing competing priorities, handling sensitive information, and making sure things land where they should.

I’ve worked closely with CEOs, Board Chairs, and leadership teams, supporting both day-to-day operations and governance processes. This includes coordinating executive workflows, supporting board and committee functions, and maintaining oversight across multiple moving parts.

Alongside this, I bring experience in emergency management, providing support in high-pressure situations where calm, practical coordination is essential.
